A serious security lapse was exposed at the Safe House in Jind, which provides police protection to court-ordered couples. During a surprise inspection on Monday, SP Kuldeep Singh found that four police personnel were absent from duty, compromising security.
As a result, the SP immediately suspended three officers—EASI Rajesh, EHC Suman, and Constable Ritu, while SPO Pawan Kumar was dismissed from service.
