Chandigarh, May 1
The Haryana Government has brought two services of the Energy Department under the purview of Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014 and has fixed the time limit for these services.
According to a notification issued by Chief Secretary Sh. Anurag Rastogi, the Chief Electrical Inspector will register a new lift within 30 days while the renewal of lift will be done within 15 days.
The Executive Engineer has been named as the designated officer for both these services. For grievance redressal, the Chief Electrical Inspector has been made the First Grievance Redressal Officer while the Secretary of the Energy Department has been made the Second Grievance Redressal Officer.
